The Regional Cryo-EM Consortium, located at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory at Stanford University, is funded by the National Institutes of Health to establish and maintain a high resolution cryo-EM data collection facility. This facility is available to cryo-EM investigators around the US, who need access to such a facility. The facility is available only to consortium members, who are structural biologists specializing in cryo-EM techniques and who do not have high resolution data collection facilities at their home institutions. Users will acquire data in person or via remote control with the assistance of our staff. The image data are processed at the users’ home institutions leading to atomic resolution maps and models.
