MapQ
MapQ is a tool for assessing how well atomic model features are resolved in cryoEM maps.
A fitted model is used in the analysis. A Q-score is calculated for each atom in the model. Q-scores can then be:
- used to visualize how well each residue/atom is resolved, and/or
- averaged to represent the entire model/map.

MapQ is available as a plugin to UCSF Chimera.
