Please fill out the online application for the 2021 Workshop Application (Not opened)
After you have filled out the above online application, please go to the new SLAC Conference Center Access Site where you will find a "submit the form" link to fill out the Access form and attach the required documentation (if applicable). You will receive an automatic email confirming your request. Once the information is reviewed by our International Services Office (ISO) administrator, you will receive a follow-up email either confirming your acceptance or requesting further documentation to attend the webinar workshop. If you do not receive an email confirmation of acceptance by at least 2 weeks after you have entered the information, please do contact JoAnn Polizzi at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration will close two weeks before the workshop start date. All applicants must submit the required documents by 5:00 PM (PDT) one week before the workshop start date.
Beginning Feb 1, 2019, the Department of Energy (DOE) requires that all foreign nationals (non-U.S. citizens) looking to conduct work onsite at SLAC or via remote must provide their curriculum vitae (CV).
